Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, may only be used on the date specified (except season tickets) and may not be sold or passed on to third parties.

When you make your initial visit to the park, please retain your e-ticket and report to customer services to complete your application, have your photograph taken and your passes will be sent to you within five working days.

Flamingo Land Resort season passes are issued to an individual person and are non-transferrable. Each pass holder will be required to have a photograph printed on to their pass. Passes are required to be shown each time you enter the park. Lost or defaced passes will be replace at a cost of £10.00 per pass.

The season pass allows unlimited day access to Flamingo Land Theme Park & Zoo. Pass holders are not allowed entry to Flamingo Land Holiday Village. Passes remain the property of Flamingo Land Limited, we reserve the right to retain passes without refund being given when required.

Discount vouchers or offers are not valid in conjunction with on-line bookings.

Children three years and under are admitted free of charge.

Dogs are not allowed in to the zoo area of the park (assistance dogs excepted).

Flamingo Land Limited would like to ensure both your safety and enjoyment during your visit, in the interests of safety certain rides have height restrictions which are displayed at rides stations. Please comply with these restrictions and all other posted, verbal or distributed rules and guidelines.

Flamingo Land Limited will endeavour to open as many rides and attractions as possible. However we reserve the right to alter or change the programme of rides, shows and attractions if necessary.

Visitors who have purchased disabled/carer tickets will be asked to provide proof of disability, for example blue badge or letter from the Department of Works and Pensions. (Carers are admitted on a 1:1 basis and will only be admitted alongside disabled visitors).

On-Line day visit tickets are not valid for entry to Flamingo Land Holiday Village.

Flamingo Land Limited reserves the right to refuse admission without notice or reason.

Flamingo Land Limited reserves the right to request visitors to leave the park without notice or reason.

Closing times vary dependant on the time of year.

Males are required to be over the age of 65 and females over the age of 60 to qualify for the senior citizen admission rate.
